Our Misson

InReach’s mission is to be the leader in providing innovative housing, employment, and community services to support people with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities and their families.

Our history

InReach was started in 1974 by a group of dedicated family members and professionals who wanted a community-based option instead of institutionalization for their loved one. Since 2002, InReach has been accredited by CQL, the Council on Quality and Leadership, to reflect our commitment to quality services and improvement of personal quality of life for those we support.
