Welcome to the website of Second Calvary Baptist Church. We are a ministry dedicated to “Advancing the Kingdom of God through Salvation, Liberation and Restoration with Excellence.”
This is accomplished through preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, His purpose for our lives and the impact of that purpose on His Kingdom. Our ministries are for all ages and stages of life. We are a growing body of believers – the Saved, the Liberated and the Restored – and we are excited about Jesus.
Mission and Vision
We demonstrate our mission through every ministry by the following activities:
(1) biblical teaching; (2) restoration and development of believers; (3) uplifting social activities; (4) promotion of moral values through positive self-esteem, discipline and self-respect; (5) encouragement of economic education and empowerment; and (6) establishment of an atmosphere of praise and worship that is pleasing to God.
