Volunteer

Volunteers play a vital role in building a more inclusive, compassionate world for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Whether you’re helping with daily activities, assisting at community events, or simply sharing conversation and friendship, your time and presence can make a profound difference in someone’s life — and in yours.

We offer a variety of projects and volunteer opportunities for all ages.

Some examples include:

  • Coordinate a party, dinner or movie night at a group home
  • Teach a craft/share a hobby (such as scrapbook making, painting, knitting, baking or writing poetry)
  • Take a group to the movies, the park, or the mall!
  • Help with a special event
  • One-day and long-term projects are available

Volunteer With Us — Empower Lives, Enrich Your Own

You don’t need prior experience to get involved — just an open heart, patience, and a willingness to learn. We provide orientation and ongoing support so you feel prepared and connected every step of the way.

Volunteering with us is more than giving back — it’s about forming genuine relationships, celebrating abilities, and fostering dignity and joy in everyday moments. Join our community of volunteers and help create a world where everyone is valued and included.
